Brethren;

Our next Stated Communication is Wednesday November 7, 2007 at 7:30 P.M. Dinner will be served at 6:30 P.M.

I will be in attendance at the Grand Annual Communication and have assigned Worshipful Brother David Faudree to conduct the business of the lodge from the East for the stated communication.

For you who pay lodge dues, the 2008 lodge membership cards are available. All Lodge dues are payable by January 1. It is important to the lodge that all dues are paid in a timely manner as this money goes towards the monthly expenditures of the lodge and most importantly to make payment to the Grand Lodge for annual assessments.. Cabell Lodge dues for 2008 are $73.00.

I encourage either our Cabell Lodge Wardens or their proxies to make themselves familiar with the resolutions to be brought to the GAC floor for consideration and to be in attendance to represent the membership of Cabell Lodge and cast the votes.

The Proxies for the lodge are:

Junior Warden, Worshipful Bernard Grubbs

We will be installing our officers for 2008 during the December stated. We need volunteers for the positions of the Junior Deacon and Tyler, contact me if you can fill these positions.
